Beauty Buyer Meetings are a platform created to bring together US beauty brands and international buyers to do business in an efficient, effective and energetic manner.
Beauty Buyer Meetings allow you to pre-match with buyers before you commit. Both the brands and buyers are vetted before the event. Once participants are confirmed, a Brand Bible and Buyer Bible are shared with the appropriate party.
Brands select the buyers of interest. Buyers select the brands they wish to meet. When a match is made, an appointment is set for the event. After the match making a meeting schedule and full details about the matches are provided.
Upon arrival two rooms will be available to brands, one for the accommodations and the other for the meetings. The meeting room can feature product displays, samples, brochures, etc. This is where all meetings for the brand will be held as the buyers move about the event from appointment to appointment. Upon arrival the buyers will be shown to their accommodations.
Of course the CTA will be present during the event to answer questions and keep the meeting schedule timely. The event will be comprised primarily of one-on-one meetings with the designated matchmaking partners. All participants will share meals throughout the event. As well as experience a social networking event planned to expand the relationships of business into long lasting partnerships.
