1) We have a no commitment policy
You don't commit until you like the buyers that want to meet you. Your brand will receive a list of participating buyers, you then select the ones you're interested in, we then reach out to those buyers send them your product and company profile. If you are interested in meeting them you can participate.
2) We don't pay buyers to meet you
We provide accommodations and they take care of their travel in this way the buyers are attending and committed because they want to do business with your brand.
3) US Brands only
As a US non-profit we believe that US brands are not competitors but collaborators. Since our beginnings we have focused on developing US brands ONLY. Buyers appreciate knowing the type of quality they can expect to meet from American brands. Therefore, you will never see brands from other countries participating in our BBM's.
4) Focus in regions of growth
Our Beauty Buyer Meetings focus on regions of the world where growth is happening. These Region's typically are underserved by trade shows or other platforms and events. This allows your brand to enter growing markets faster than competitors from other countries.
The Process

Kick Off Call
This initial call with our team will allow us to get to know your brand so that as the meetings are organized for the participants, the potential buyers you e-meet will already know and have demonstrated real interest in working with your brand.
Brand Profile
Complete a brand profile that we share with participating buyers. This will include pertinent information about you brand and its unique identity, as well as product photos. We will use this information to share with the participating brands and asses their interest.
Target List
We will identify buyers in the region that have shown interest in products like yours and/or have a need for the specific category you brand fits into. A shortlist will be shared with you for your feedback, and the potential buyer list will be refined accordingly.
Meeting Schedule
CTA will then organize a meeting schedule on behalf of each participant, that will be managed by our team during the event.
Shipping Samples
Once the meetings are set, brands will send us the samples each buyer is to receive. We then handle the shipment to each buyer. When you have your e-meeting the buyer will have the samples on hand.
Beauty Buyer Meetings
During the 4 days of the event, brands & buyers will have a schedule & links to enter each meeting at specified times. During meeting times CTA staff will be on call to aid with any technical questions. Meetings are scheduled for morning & evening hours so times are not at odd hours for brands or buyers.
